- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Appointment Specialist was not very helpful in trying to obtain help in getting an appointment. As I was not 'seen' for 2 years they insisted I was a 'new' patient - even though I was not as they had my records and could not get an appointment for over a month. A month from now I will be out of the area for 3 months. I even had to "ask" to be put on a waiting list... Previously I was also told that I could not get new equipment until I saw a physician again,.... This is a merry-go-around. Please be aware that customer service or customer care is NOT a priority with Allina Health United Lung & Sleep Clinic.February 28, 2017by Mike Zakrzewski
