- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an awful experience with a different clinic and came to healtheast kidney stone institute to get better care and service. I was treated so well at each step during such a painful time. They were so thorough with explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable with each decision. They were sensitive to my hesitations due to my bad experience with a different clinic and made accommodations to proceed quickly and as painlessly as possible.
