- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Kind of a laughable joke. Wanted to get some information. The voice jail informed me that I would get a return call within 24 hours. It took a week after a second phone call by me to get one. There were no apologies; only excuses about how busy they are. Then they wanted to charge me an upfront $1,000 admin fee, which Kate, the intake coordinator could not even describe articulately what it was for. I still do not know. She told me she was going out of town and would get back to me with more information and I never heard back from her. What a disappointment and what a joke.
