  Appointment Specialist was not very helpful in trying to obtain help in getting an appointment. As I was not 'seen' for 2 years they insisted I was a 'new' patient - even though I was not as they had my records and could not get an appointment for over a month. A month from now I will be out of the area for 3 months. I even had to "ask" to be put on a waiting list... Previously I was also told that I could not get new equipment until I saw a physician again,.... This is a merry-go-around. Please be aware that customer service or customer care is NOT a priority with Allina Health United Lung & Sleep Clinic.

  I found the staff very helpful and courteous. Scheduling was easy, appointments were on time, and the doctor's assistants very competent. The doctor took time to explain everything (including the ins and outs of Medicare). A very professional experience.

  Staff Very helpful, Doctor did a excellent job with my diagnosis and plan of attack! I switched to United Lung Center from Minnesota Lung Center, Such a Huge difference and so much more Professional, I would highly recommend.
